Christina is a super talented tattoo artist who I’ve had the pleasure of being a canvas for. So it meant the world to me that she trusted me to capture her pregnant and glowing for the first time. She and her beau came to slay, I was over the moon when they stepped out of the vehicle in all black!

The Parallel Forest out in the Wichita Wildlife Refuge was the perfect backdrop for these two. The lush trees and golden hour added to the mood these two were looking for.

Lesley & Family | Southwestern Oklahoma Family Photographer

The photography world is what brought Lesley to cross my path years ago. We have photographed each other over the years, we’ve done shootouts together, and it is always a good time! Lesley is an easy go with flow type which obviously is a pleasure to be around. In front of a camera she came with ideas of her own but also let me have creative control at the same time.

Following people through social media is like you start to know them, depending obviously on how much they share. Well Lesley here has been on a journey and has shared every step of the way. So when her man came into the picture I was over the moon for her. Then getting to shake his hand I couldn’t help but admit it was as if I have known him for awhile. It really made the session flow so smoothly, it was like photographing old friends. Because that is half true 🙂

Add in these littles and not so little kiddos of theirs. Definition of a beautifully blended family. I have watched Hunter and Granger grow so it added to the joy of photographing them and freezing time for just a moment for their momma. Michael, the oldest, was so respectful, his dad had done an amazing job raising him. He just graduated and I loved hearing about his plans for the future.

This lady right here is every bit as magical as she appears. She reached out to do a creative shoot, and there was no hesitation on my part to say heck yes! she brought along two of the dresses and I pulled out the blue dress from my client closet, knowing she could rock it. She was a total nature, though I know she would disagree, but she moved so fluidly in front of the camera which made my job a breeze.
Booking a session just for you is so beneficial to someone’s self esteem, you never truly see yourself the way others do around you. But after a creative session for yourself you can become one step closer to seeing yourself differently. Braver, more beautiful, and even more graceful.

The Boho Florista stepped it up a notch with this last setup! Who wouldn’t want to jump on a sailboat and snuggle with your loved one?

Jackson and his lovely bride were just perfectly adorable in front of the camera which was just the cherry on top.

Oooh my Mariah was way too much fun to photograph. She moved effortlessly in front of all of our cameras. So don’t be surprised if you see her on the blog again, because I definitely plan on getting her in front of my camera again.

Tyce & Amanda | Oklahoma City Couples Photographer

Amanda and Tyce were such great models during my time at the styled shootout hosted by The Boho Florista in Oklahoma City. The Boho Florista did a wonderful job gathering the best of the best vendors to take part in the styled shoot with her. Big shout out to the following vendors:

Preslee & Lauren | Oklahoma City Engagement Photographer

I signed up for a styled shoot hosted by The Boho Florista and I could not of asked for prettier florals, styling or models. She pulled out all the tricks, especially with this surprise proposal between on of the vendors and her now fiancé. LC Charcuterie owner Lauren Clay thought she was making a charcuterie board and then modeling solo. Joke was on her when her way too adorable then boyfriend, Preslee, came out of nowhere and got down on one knee with a handful of photographers there to capturing it all unfold.
I don’t care who you are, gentlemen please reach out to at least one photographer or videographer to capture such a special moment.

Castlebury | Lawton Oklahoma Maternity Photographer

When a client is up for alllll of the things, it sure makes my job that much more enjoyable. Courtlynn had ideas of her own but was also down for my ideas as well. Total dream session here, so be prepared to have to scroll a bit to see all of my favorite images from our time together. You will see it was pretty hard to narrow it down. With all the adorable outfits in the different locations, would you believe we did this session in less than 2 hours? I don’t tend to put a timeframe to sessions, I don’t want to feel rushed and I like to ensure we capture everything we had in mind to do.

Jake is the baby of one of my good friends, so from attending this gorgeous couples wedding to now getting to watch them become parents has been so much fun for me! I already know this little babe is so blessed to be coming into such a wonderful family.

D & G | Lawton Oklahoma Couples Photographer

This way too adorable couple reached out needing someone to photograph their reception. I said no way are y’all not going to do some engagement pictures! So they made the drive down to lawton so I could drag them around the Witchita Wildlife Refuge. We stuck around Mount Scott for this session, starting at the bottom, climbing rocks in the middle and finishing the session on top during golden hour. Showing people around one of my favorite places is just the cherry on top of getting to capture their love and connection. So if you are considering an adventure session with me out in the wildlife refuge outside of Lawton, Oklahoma I am more than ready. We can hit up a few of my favorite spots, or just stay in one for the entirety of your session. There really isn’t a spot out there that won’t be a stunning backdrop for your session.

These two ran off to Tennessee to get married July 4th. They came back to Oklahoma for the reception so they could party with their closet friends. This gorgeous couple has a great group of friends, and the joy that filled their reception was so heart warming. They truly have a great support system that I hope helps keep their marriage strong. Congratulations Mullicanes and thank your for exploring with me and trusting me with such special moments!
